No support from the team. I had called during the office hours. The update of approvals are super delayed. I took premium package thinking they would give me best service. So far having a horrible experience. Still no update and my pictures are not showing. There is not immediate support. I listed my ad for a month and when its being launched its not fully updated. Is it possible to get a refund. Coz its horrible experience. Edited

Blocks out existing users who registered using Google account. Login with Google account option is not available. Sign up in app is prevented since one is already a subscriber with Google/Fb credentials. Forgot password goes round and round and round endlessly. Many locations are not available. New location based on user input is not enabled. Ad listing is not transparent. Only fake leads. Edited

Very poor experience. No support from customer care also. Phone not attending at customer care. I made payment of ₹1500 for a featured listing. Not able to upload even a single photo. Uploading is getting failed every time. No option to contact them for technical support also. Didn't expect this from a reputed firm like manorama. 👎👎 not recommended at all.

Not at all user friendly. Though video uploaded after a cumbersome process, no where it is exhibited... Thus Benefit of Premium subscription is not obtained .... Since I know I have uploaded one video, I finally found out the same after a lot of search in my allotted space... !!!

Total waste of time. Didn't know while registering that there is no free listing. The most basic plan costs 250 for a month and allows only 1 picture. Are you kidding? You can imagine there won't be any callbacks and very few property dealers will be searching this database as it is completely paid service. Money paid will be wasted for sure as this is a new venture with practically no reach among the public. Read all other reviews where people are regretting having paid for this.
