Good recipes, but big issues. At least 3 major issues for me. 1. Recipe translation doesn't exist. I have the app set to English but my recipes are in Dutch and I don't speak the language so I'm constantly just using translation software. 2. Customisation based on food preferences is not very good yet. Ex. I'm not alergic to Kale or Zucchini, I just hate the taste, but I can't filter these out so I have to constantly check the recipes for stuff I don't want to eat. 3. Too much packaging.

They've removed the recipes from the app! :( I went 'paperless' long ago to help the environment, knowing I could always lookup old recipes, there's many I like to go back to time and time again (which doesn't stop me being a customer, I still order a box most weeks). Having lost all my old favourites I'm now having to change to get paper recipes. And the new app is much harder to navigate.

New version has too many glitches. If the delivered boxes overlap the app "logic" they disappear. One week I had a box that went into the Past boxes while I still had one recipe outstanding and this week I cannot see my current box because the previous one is still "current" while all the recipes are marked as cooked. Also, I hate the 2 recipe pictures scroll to the right on my phone. I want to see all of the recipes in one glance, like in the old version, without scrolling.

I understand delays happen. That part I can live with. What I can’t live with is the complete breakdown of communication afterward. Tracking disappeared, then returned as “delayed” with no ETA. But now I can’t adjust the next box, can’t plan meals, and risk ending up with excess food and waste because I have no idea when this one will arrive. The red line for me is customer support. The phone number simply disconnects. Not busy. Not hold music. Just… gone. so I'm going too.

The way the food arrives makes it extremely difficult. All of the little items and sauces are difficult to find a place for. There are no recipe cards so you have to use the app, but figuring out what is what is difficult. No clear instructions, labels thst show what goes with what meal. I spend more time trying to figure that out then I would just shopping for myself. Not a fan.
