Is the payment one time or recurring payment ? I had purchased washington manual and was told it's a onetime payment, but now it's not working a d asking me to purchase yearly subscription. That's bad. Edited

We pay our publishers royalties for the apps. The benefit our customer's find is they have the same information as the hard cover book and do not have to carry a large book around as the same information is available in the palm of their hands on their device.
