When invoked from a notification the app locks up, since the last update of so! Updates from the mail server happen fairly quickly. That's great most of the time, but it would be useful to be able to customize it. For a work account fast updates are fine, but it would be nice to limit fetching of new messages to work hours. For personal messages once a day to see the advertisements is plenty. It would be useful to have this be customizable by account, as it is in other email client software. Edited

Ever since the last update (June 5, 2025) I keep getting repeat notifications regardless of whether I've read them or not. Sometimes these notifications pop up again without receiving a new message at all. The regular troubleshooting steps only work temporarily (a couple hours at most.) This has happened again while writing this review, immediately after clearing them again. Edited

So frustrating. When it works, I like the focused inbox and other features. BUT... all my logins just failed again. Every once in a while, I get kicked out, it asks for all my passwords and then still won't log me in when I enter them. PLUS I can never download calendars from the app. It pretends like I can, but the downloads fail. Now that it's kicked me out and isn't letting me log back in, even after uninstalling and reinstalling, I'm giving up and going with a different email app. Edited

Let's be honest here. Google calendar is far better than Outlook. Especially with the notification alerts. In MS you can only click on one time, not multiple, too make sure you don't forget your item on your calendar. MS really needs to have there calendar in a separate app and not within the email app. That's too much clicking to get into the calendar.

Doesn't refresh. You think you've read all your mail just to find that the app didn't refresh and you missed something. Difficult to read email threads. Keeps part of the thread out of view for no apparent reason. Gmail is so much better. If I didn't have to use Outlook for work, I wouldn't. Update: MISSED EMAILS. It notifies me of emails that are unimportant. But if I am waiting for an email reply, I'll only know I've received a response if I manually check myself. Unacceptable. Edited
