This app seems designed to trap money, but you can't withdraw it. I received a transfer from a friend and tried to move it to my bank account, but it wouldn't let me. Every attempt resulted in a message saying the bank rejected the deposit. I called the only contact number they provide, but the call couldn't connect. I tried contacting them by email three times, and no one responded.

A few days using this app, and I already dislike it. Made a couple of transactions, and as soon as I tried to transfer my money out, my account was restricted. For transactions, mind you. Then, they wanted ID and photo for verification. Still waiting to be verified, I guess. Customer suppost is next to nothing, and you get nowhere with no one. Worst money app ever!!!!

transferred money in. it said my account was verified. wouldn't authorize payments. then when I tried to move money back to the same account I sent it from, skrill required additional documents to verify my account. so they were ok with receiving money, but wouldn't send it back without further documentation. can't upload PDFs on the app and with electronic statements from that account it resulted in a a delay. also, customer service hasn't responded to ticket req in +4 days. stay away.

I spent over a month trying to get the app to work properly. Two fix tickets, and attempting to log on from a computer to navigate their dashboard as instructed by their so called customer support. All for nothing. The app won't work to transfer anything, and any attempt to log in from a computer ends with a "something went wrong" screen. And of course there is Noone that can be contacted to attempt to troubleshoot. This app is a scam. Now I'm closing my account and worried about my pers info. Edited

USELESS customer service. The app gives you the option of holding multiple currency in the account, loosing money when converting the money, but then you can't use them neither to pay by card, withdraw them, or even online. That's such a useless service to have. And when contacting customer service, they don't even give you the option to talk with a real person so you can properly explain the issue, they just "resolve" the problem by giving a completely different answer. ABSOLUTLEY USELESS!!!!
