This was an absolutely terrible experience. My order was incomplete, and despite repeatedly contacting customer service via phone and email, no one bothered to respond. The level of negligence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I will never deal with this company again, and I strongly warn others to stay away from ordering here.

i complained that i didn't receive 1 item in my order which it cost 280. Their customer care agent just informed me that they are sure they dispatched it. After many calls to them trying to get the proof, none of them did anything to help. No manager communicated with me after trying to reach them out. knowing that i have made purchases many times, it wasn't my first order. its just it was my first incident and unfortunatly it ended up like that. it's 0 star. disappointed with Namshi’s Delivery. I recently placed an order with Namshi, but unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. My package was scheduled to arrive on 2nd june 2025, but it still hasn't been delivered, and I haven’t received any updates regarding the delay. I reached out to customer service, but know nothing just raised complaint. I understand that delays can occur, timely communication and proactive updates would have made a significant difference.

if I can give 0 I will, returns customer service absolutely horrible experience and it's not just one order. Namshi was a good app to order from but my last orders were with such a bad experience that I will never used it again.

Ordering here is frustrating. 1st my order was sent to the wrong address. 2nd they promised a time frame to fix the issue but nothing happened so I instead applied a return and noted that I did not receive my item in hopes to just reimburse my money. 3rd a pick up rider kept on coming to pick the return item even though I already informed a customer support that I didnt recieve my item. Their team and system is messed up without proper communication. Luckily my order is not too expensive. Edited
