After updating it, everything that I accidentally touched the back button on android, it closed unexpectedly, and I lost a transaction process and I needed to open it again and start from the beginning, fatal bug. Also, another thing is that it is very slow to open despite the high-end smartphone and good Wi-Fi connection used. It's unacceptable comparing it with the speed of another apps installed when I open them. Edited

Worst App 😞. It won't let me create my account because in my official document i don't have a surname. I mean what a useless requirement since they know that if i use their application and transfer the money and all it is beneficial for the application too. IF there is anything that can be done then you should do and expand your clientele. ✝️

Horrible App! When this piece of garbage is not down, its as slow as a turtle, and when it does work it says it has connection issues, try later, and after an hour of trying, still doesn't work. I've never seen an App that work as bad as this one. I rate it with one star, but in truth, it doesn't deserve it.

Although the app is very advantageous with helping you pay more easily, I had always have problems with the app, it's full of bugs. Sometimes, it doesn't let me login because I have "connection issues" which it's not true given that I'm constantly connected to a secure and stable network. Other times, it doesn't let me pay for the exact same reason as above, or says that there's been an error and that I should try again. Edited

It'd be great if it weren't for the constant server shutdowns, malfunctions and general bugs that occur inside the app; it's even worse when you're connecting another device and apparently it has a max amount of available codes to send daily (it only took 3 requests for this to popup). I don't understand how seemingly the great majority of apps for banks always turn out being sluggish or broken. Please put more funds into maintaining this app, because it genuinely has so much potential in LATAM. Edited
