WORST EXPERIENCE #1 app doesn't give 3 months, 6, 12 preset view. #2 When we export statement to excel, remarks field has some bank remarks in garbage numbers, all our/USER remarks that we entered is not seen. if bank wants to use remarks field pls add make a separate field, why they are using our DESCRIPTION --- #2 when v click view all early transaction, it doesn't show all credits, shows only debits, even though I have money movement as ALL or INCOMING-nothinh shows up. Frustrating service Payment fails frequently. Useless filtering in statements. Whatever filtering is available won't work for downloaded pdfs.

App itself is decent but when creating ticket via the app, there's no response ever. Their contact email has the same issue and I am required to instead reach directly to the known agent's email. There's also forced password & pin change once in a while which can't be disabled, it's annoying. Edited
