There's virtually no difference in functionality but logging in manually is a pain. The shopping interface is terrible! You can fit about four capsule types on screen at a time and have to keep scrolling and scrolling past the ridiculous flavoured coffees to reach the actual coffee. No filters, no favourites. A worse experience than the previous app which had just got to a stable usable condition where it wasn't terrible! Edited

Better than last, still can improve Some small items are overlooked again, eg integration with Google password (this was a completely new entity, not sure could it have recognised existing Nespresso accounts). A thing that shows lack of testing is news item that says copy and paste link, when the box doesn't allow select of the text at all. And to be fair, link that opens in a default app should be app basics. Haven't done the order yet, this is just initial 2 min browse thru the app.

tried to place an order using Nespresso credit. it just kept telling me my payment had not been processed. went back to the old app, order placed first time. there is no list view, so there is a lit of scrolling to place an order with the massive icons. perhaps a search would be useful? as it stands, this app is clearly not production ready

Awful. tried 6 times now to pay for my order with the exact same card as previous App and after a painfully slow process each time just says Payment not completed. previous App worked fine, why did you change it to something worse

Have been trying to install for 20 minutes and it just keeps saying "installing" but nothing happens. Previous app worked well - why change it? No way now to order coffee once old app goes as can't install the new one.
