If you live in the United States please know you're rolling the dice only hoping you will receive your items. You do NOT have the option to even pay for tracking of your items. After I placed large order, items were lost with no tracking information. Over 5 weeks of back & forth from their Customer Care team, they confirmed they cannot & will not provide tracking information. They claimed to put in refund for me, which I never recieved, so I put in a claim to PayPal to receive my money back.

poor purchasing experiences. right now tried to buy two offers. two 4k for £40 and two 4k for £36. at checkout the one item from the £36 offer is now in the £40 offer and the £40 offer is gone. also not having free delivery after reasonable minimum spend is annoying. need to buy a red carpet subscription, am a student so buying the subscription does not seem worth it. love owning 4k movies and want you to take my money but this platform is frustrating.

I've used Zavvi for years. Such a great site, with great customer service. There's always offers and deals. Any problems I've ever had have been resolved with no issues.

Trying to figure out which is worse; the app or the website. Everything takes forever to load. On the app, I type in what I'm trying to search for, and it just sits there. I'm very close to going somewhere else to purchase what I'm after. **update: 15 minutes later, I'm still not any closer to finalising my purchase. I select the size of a t-shirt, but the "Buy Now" button is greyed out. I'll be uninstalling the app and purchasing my stuff elsewhere. Edited

Horrible experience. Ordered item in May 2021 and only after contacting them in December found out that item got lost on warehouse. Eventually item arrived and was the wrong item. They now can not source original item anymore. The app is clunky and messages although are prompt are met with "sorry for the inconvenience." Much better options elsewhere. Edited
