lots of issues but they all circle back to not being able to contact anyone. the phone number online, in the app and posted on the bikes does not work. it always says it's an invalid number so if you have issues what can you do??? the text option? nope says the same thing. email option? nope no one responds. I just tried to set up 3 other people and I paid the $17 for each of them, yet all 3 can't log in saying invalid log in but of course we can't reach them to resolve issues. wasted money...

The bikes are actually great metro step thru s. Great easy peddle. Great in city. The peddle assisted? So so compared to other bikes with it. But the best thing is it didn't try to snake extra money and when you lock it, and many in Los Angeles, it stops the meter. Cheap. Good. But it still isn't as convenient, endearing, memorable after the first couple, etc. as your own bike in your own garage. Period.

Trying to log in with TAP and nothing? As soon as I put in my login info, the page goes blank. I've tried several times, using both wifi and my own mobile data. I've confirmed that my login info is correct so it's definitely the app thats not working. Was really hoping to use this cause I'm not fond of using actual credit cards on machines in case of stealing information somehow but since this app doesn't work for me, I don't really have a choice.

customer service is actually, the best I've had the pleasure of working with, of any app I've used. they're so good, you can even text them. I feel a personalized experience with so much understanding. thank you Metro Bike. (ever think about expanding to just the train stations heading out to long beach? that would be awesome. I live in Willowbrook and I know there is at Metro Bike Hub at the Rosa Parks station. so maybe you can just turn that into a Metro bike dock. thank you! 5/5 stars

No map of where to drop off the bike on the stand. Credit card swiper not working. So I download the app, add payment info, find myself on a map (which doesn't auto zoom to me despite me adding location services), only to find the whole bike station is just not working. 2 stars because the LADOT bike, that I picked up after, started charging me then had no juice and wouldn't let me end the ride, so I am still being charged to this day. So this was better than that.
