I love not having to pay for an extra line, and still get some cool features, such as AI replies! Not bad for 10 bucks a month. It still has it's quirks, but their customer support is quick and responsive! Wish they had some troubleshooting tips in the app rather than having to go find it on the desktop site, but still worth it since we're just starting out.

We started using NInjaNumber for our agritourism business a few months ago and now we can't imagine not having it. My favorite feature is being able to sit down in the evening and quickly text back everyone who left a voicemail by reading the transcripts and responding. It helps too that I know when other partners have responded already so we're not tripping all over one another.

I've been using this app/service for a couple of months now and it's really helped my business. Yes it does require a credit card for the free trial but if you are planning on getting a second number that really shouldn't matter. I don't understand what people think they are getting. So I was able to get a second number that I now use as my main business line. That's allow me to get rid of the phone at the shop and have business calls routed to my cell phone. It's great.

This app is amazing, the pricetag alone is competitive with other 2nd line applications. But this has a very customizable chatbot for your incoming SMS messages and all I can say is WOW!! If you are using this you're likely in the 0.1% of businesses that are taking it to that next level, and you will see less contacts fall through the cracks. Would rate higher if I could!

The NinjaBot is really cool. I enjoyed trying out the different Text to Voice options. We still chise to upload our own recorded greeting on the dashboard. Our team will really benefit from the Ninja's follow up with your leads reminder. I can definitely tell this feature will increaee our sales lead to close ratio. The reporting and insights are very helpful for anyone in business. This is overall an awesome a very easy to use app.
