Good password storage, rarely autofills, buggy. Although advertised as having autofill function, it's not seamless as other options, most of the time I just copy and past the user names and passwords because it's too much hassle to try and get Nord to autofill, autofill often triggers AFTER I manually paste everything, unhelpful. It also tris to fill in OTP fields a lot, very annoying, but it's a common issue with every other option I tested. Also asks me to save credentials already saved.

I got this password manager because I've been moving away from Kaspersky. Nord came well rated and is a known brand, but it hasn't been great for me. Starting out it wouldn't accept the export options from Kaspersy, so I had to manually input all my passwords. Since installing, I've been unable to activate autofill on my phone, S23 Ultra. And now, there's is some sort of issue with the app where it won't load and so all of my passwords are inaccessible. Just not acceptable for a password manager

Absolutely useless. As a password manager, you expect a reliable app with a handy interface, and Nord is totally off board. It happened several times that the app popped up to save a new password, I saved it, but nothing happened. Aside from the lack of immediate action when you need the app to act, I already canceled my subscription, looking for other options.

Two weeks I have been fighting with the support staff trying to update my registered email address. I've been a customer for 8 years and that's the problem, they expect me to provide details of my purchase from 8 years ago which I no longer have. They refuse to accept information about more recent (and reasonable) transactions or other forms of identity. I paid up front for 2 years when I renewed recently, now I am shopping for a new provider. I'm open to recommendations. Ticket ID #19143508

I downloaded Nordpass for Android, signed in with no issues, imported my passwords from a different manager with no problem but it doesn't autofill dozens of saved passwords, except for two or three. I restarted the phone three times, I disabled and enabled autofill a couple of times, I uninstalled and reinstalled, I switched from mobile site to desktop site and back, I tried it with wifi and mobile data, tried it on 3 different browsers and nothing. Is it because I'm using the free version?
