this service is a waste. it offers no benefits over a traditional phone service and is less convenient than roaming. I installed the esim, switched over, and was unable to do anything with the plan I got. then when I got a refund, it's credits. yay! let me go ahead and use those for the same poor experience at a later date!

Fantastic! I do not hesitate to recommend. They had me covered all over Europe where Verizon left me stranded. Troubleshoot chat is fast and excellent. I signed up and installed it from my hotel room. If you're stranded in a foreign country, this is your solution. Highly recommend. esp if you have Verizon, take this with you to Europe.

Worked pretty good in Sarajevo and Bosnia, but when I bought the Montenegro sim, it was practically worthless. In the middle of the biggest cities in the country I had almost no service. I'm not sure how I even managed to use any data, because I couldn't load webpages and none of my apps would connect. I could get Google maps to work intermittently, which I suppose is better than nothing. Often needed to switch to my more expensive home data if I actually had something pressing.

The customer service is fantastic. I've used the Saily service now in Amsterdam, Spain, and Morocco. The system hasn't been completely issue free, but Saily has more than made up for any issues with their amazing customer service. With 24 hours a day availability, when I've messaged with an agent through the troubleshooting page in the app, less than a minute from reaching out, I'm talking to a person. Service has been clear and helpful and resolved each time within a few moments.

I was in mexico, i tried it. but i wasn't really able to load anything since it only offered 3G. not a bad concept i like it. it's going to keep getting better but I hope that accessing better service is part of this plan cause I get it's not going to be 5G but it shouldn't have been to the point that I couldn't even check my work email. if you dont really care about the data side of it and all you really need is a way to be able to make calls/text while youre traveling, its good enough for that
