At first I thought it was great because I was cheaper to get a 57 day hotel through this app than it was priceline. St, they declined my payments, the second time they took the money and the transaction says pending. And I still haven't been able to Check-in to the hotel cause they have no record of it and when I called. This app's customer service.They have no record of it.I've been waiting all day after traveling and sleep in in my car for 3 weeks desperate for a shower and a bed. Edited

Horrible app. They trick you into paying for your hotel and then start that there may be a deposit at the location. Then you get to the location and they want an additional 50. They also say you get an extra discount if you pay before you arrive. Then say free cancelation before 9am the day after you booked your hotel. Then when asked for a refund they won't give it to you. Completely a scam and would never recommend.

This is a very buggy app that reliably requires multiple payments to actually pay for a reservation in advance. The advertised discounts are not honored. The "help" is not helpful. The hotel chain behind the app has questionable business practices, including unexpected cancellations when the price on a room or timeframe goes up (and you're thinking you got a good deal and happy that you prepaid). At least in the US, many of the OYO hotels are older and a bit rundown, not worth luxury prices.

A complete fraud company. They show you option to pay early for bookings once i reached the hotel, i was checked out. Can not connect with tech support for 24*7 high 'call volume' they face. As if whole world is dying to talk with their agents. Chat option in the app is of no good with same repeating option leading to a phone number which never lets you talk with anyone. An absolute rubbish experience. And in my opinion they have their own employees giving then 5star ratings on Play Store! Edited
