The app has some useful capabilities but I found it to be a big hassle to install and can't get some key features to work, like programming different temperatures for different hours of the day. We've had the unit and app for barely a year, and now it won't work at all unless the app is updated. Frustrating and disappointing. I had expected better from Panasonic Edited

This app completely stopped working on its own January 17. I get a network error check WiFi (E03-0037-5005). Nothing has changed on my wifi. I tried logging out and back in again and still the error. I emailed support but haven't heard back. I desperately need to control my temperature remotely. Is this a known problem with the latest revision? What to do next?

Absolutely a nightmare to instal and register. Have not had this sort of issue for a very long time. Many failed attempts - eventually had to go to desktop web browser to register. Then a bigger mission - trying to to install remote via wi-fi - have now officially given up. I used to have some respect for the this band - that has all gone. Never again in my household. Without doubt the absolutes worst I have ever seen. Who designed this rubbish and QA approved it?? Edited

It is incredibly frustrating when they obviously have read our problems and dont even bother to address the app deficiencies... So what do they do? Change the entire app. Nothing is the same EXCEPT antiquated way to add a unit. The app for iPhone works to add a unit, but this STILL will not add a unit easily. 5 XU series splits, and in 2025, you can't even set it up like a central system. We vacation, and it is all a clusterF to be able to work correctly set timers... why why Panny. Edited

Terrible set up experience. Gave up in the end. Followed the steps as instructed. simply wouldn't connect to the AC unit. Tried a few times, then asked me for my password which I literally just created but gave an error messaged to say I hadn't entered letters and numbers despite the fact I did. Will use the remote until I can muster up the energy to go through that again. Edited
