danalock v3 was stuck in update mode purple light, used danalock toolbox to succesfully update firmware on lock and all working ok

Simply cannot connect my android phone to the lock. Nothing happens. Tried with different phones (in fact with different locks too). Before you say "contact support": I did, 2 days ago, no reply yet. I'm more than unhappy.
