App not working at all. Bluetooth and location on and it does not recognize device. Even within half a meter distance. App freezes and nothing can be done. Please fix it as I use app to open garage door. Stayed stranded outside because it did not work. Edit (07/10/2021): the worst, it does not even recognize device anymore. Refresh does not work. And impossible to do something within the app. Worst money I have spent. Edited

After update to version 2.11.3 auto unlock stopped working. Status shows as unknown when standing in front of my door. Status shows as ' In range' when I'm nowhere near my door. When I press lock/unlock in the app there is no feedback at all, if I'm lucky after a few minutes my door will lock/unlock. This all means I cannot use the app any longer and am forced to use a key.

Bad experience. I keep getting logged out of the app, same for my wife. Which obviously means the auto unlock doesn't work properly. Their customer support is appalling, which is unfortunate as the Danalock V3 is very good (when the app works). Messages such as "Not within bluetooth range", "you do not have any locks" in the app even though I have 2 different ones... Need to fix this.

Cannot log in to application. Enter email address and password, and I get "logging in to server" which goes away and leaves me at the login screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. I'd like to set up my lock but. UPDATE: Worked with Danalock support (great response) to get my issue resolved. FYI, this was caused by a symbol (like !,:)?-) in my password, which the app doesn't like. If you're having the same issue, use forgot password and use only letters and numbers. Edited

Danalock v3 won't connect to the app, it doesn't even appear on the application as a lock to install. Connects to zwave with a maximum reliable range of 12 meters, very poor range!!. So far not a good product for the cost, sent an email to support no reply, resources online are poor, trouble shooting assumes no issues with the device it is your equipment that can't connect.

Danalock must be connected to the Danalock App before adding it to Z-Wave. If you add it to Z-Wave first, you are not able to add it to the Danalock app. For further assistance please contact our support team
