Completely useless, deserves 0 stars. It's available to install on cell phones (I have a Pixel 7 Pro) but doesn't work because the app doesn't work "at this screen size" according to the error message. If you're not in the very small niche of people who use an Android tablet, don't bother downloading this app because it's just a waste of time.

I can't believe this company has let this go on so long. It only takes seconds to realize everyone is having the same problem since you updated the app. It no longer works on most phones. I used it for years on my 2017 Galaxy and Note but then it stopped working for the same reason, Doesn't support screen size. I have 2 StudioLives, the 32S and 32SC & yet I can't cntrl them anymore due to an app with a simple fix that you obviously don't G.A.S. about. Such a stupid thing to lose customers over!!

The presonus quantum hd8 and all the accompanying software that is needed to use it as intended and promised has been a headache from the day I purchased it. This app won't even recognise the unit as having updated firmware and will not interact with it... The website wouldn't load the profile for the hd8 on my account in order to provide the drivers and firmware necessary to run it for at least 24 hrs. Has not been the best investment for creative freedom and use of scarce creative time.

I used to have this "side loaded" because it allegedly wasn't compatible with my phone... worked fine. Now it's supposedly compatible, but when you run it, it says the screen isn't wide enough. Instructions to adjust the "minimum width" in developer settings is a system wide change that makes everything else too small. Come on guys... how hard is it to just scale the display on your app? Maybe give us a warning that it might be tiny, but let us use it anyway.

I wouldn't normally give such a low rating but the latest update wouldn't open during a very rushed soundcheck last night. It worked fine a couple of weeks ago then typically, just when I needed to get going quickly, I had the "not compatible with screen size" error. Luckily the bassist had the app on his ipad so I used that but I would have been stuck otherwise. Very frustrating!!
