I've used this app since 2013. Shows a lot of great info in a collected and easy way with extremely limited ads, which is nice. *UPDATE* I used to really love this app, but now with the new update, almost all my favorites ( <3 ) have been deleted! Now when I click the heart on new ones, it saves but everytime I change the area of the city or if I reopen the app, it is gone. How is this helpful?? Please fix this pesky bug! Changed from 5 to 3 stars for now because this bug is so aggravating. Edited

First of all, no sign up required. You can skip that step and the app still works as advertised. No sharing of personal data with 3rd parties and no collection of personal data for advertising purposes. I do wonder how they make money, maybe by charging apartment complexes to be included in their listings. I don't know. But regardless there are still affordable apartments kisted here on apartment guide in a wide assortment of cities. And actually, the selection is great, better than Zillow.

You cannot trust this app! The data and offers are wildly inaccurate and misleading. It's really sad because the app functions perfectly and is very user friendly. We did find an apartment with this app, but the owner stated that they had asked that the move in special be removed. The rent was lacking in specific apartments and pricing and made no mention of the $204 monthly fees and that you MUST use Spectrum as your tv/internet provider. We are not very fond of Spectrum!

so easy to navigate they actually serve you up what you need and what you looking for I'm so excited about this app it's the best thing ever I've been looking for an apartment And they make it so exciting. lots of pictures and floor pans to look at and they say if something looks fishy please report it about a listing. which is great. I do definitely wholeheartedly recommend this site!

It's easy to navigate through the site. I'm pleasantly surprised by the wide range of options they offer. From broke as a joke, to fancy pants.
