Not free. Verbage on app page states: "Rave Panic Button is free for users, but requires your school, business, or other organization subscribes to the service". This is misleading. The app requires an "authorized organization" who has purchased the app before individuals can use it. So personal\family use is not possible without paying for the app. Not sure of pricing - cost per number of users. For me mileading pricing is a red flag.

Never received the notifications. It's probably a phone setting but this app should override any phone settings. Every second counts when it comes to kids and schools use this app as a safety tool.

Hi, sorry to hear that you missed a notification. Unfortunately, there is no way to bypass Android permissions without explicit consent from the device owner. If you haven't already, please open the app and tap on the yellow "Push Notifications Are Disabled" banner and select "Allow" from the prompt to avoid missing future notifications.

Alerts won't come through on a decent percentage of phones, which at best is dangerous, and at worst is life-threatening.Even customer service couldn't figure it out.

Interference while on Facebook video chat with Military Service family, kept wanting location. No I wasn't using Rave Panic Button! 😵 Cellular network phone carriers are equipped with automatic alert systems! Edited

Apologies, we do our best to support as many devices and OS versions as we can. Unfortunately, Samsung and Google have dropped support for the Note 9 so we cannot guarantee compatibility.
