The Safety Timer tool is fantastic. It allows you to set a timer to be viewed and tracked by those you share it with. It allows you, and those set as Guardians, to view your phone location and track movements in real time. As the timer is set to expire, you have an option to extend the time or, notify those watching of your status. It also allows for a direct call to Emergency Services. Having that direct connection to those who can contact 911 is a great feeling.

update. nearly a year later, and STILL no safety timer. STILL useless. Used to be wonderful. I always used the safety timer, until they removed it. My employers police dept could watch over me if I left the office late. Now it won't even open. It is worse, absolutely worse, than useless now. No one there to guard over me. And yes, the app is up to date. Edited

Maryanne, I assure you the Timers are back. It works a little differently but it’s there for sure. Try deleting and reinstalling, if that doesn’t work or you have other questions please each out to us and we will help

Application is useful during its direct use; however, when in standby or when closed I constantly receive reports that the application crashes. I personally haven't opened the application in 2 weeks and still receive at least 3 crashes a day, and thats only what I see when I am on my device.

I keep trying to sign up, but the verification email never gets sent to my email. I've tried several times on the website as well as the app, but it just never shows up. How can I accurately rate an app that I can't use? Please fix!

I feel like it has tracks your location all the time. Which is invasion of privacy. For it to work you need to give it full permission to know your location all the time. I only wanted to use it when I'm at school. But when you turn off the location when your not using it the next time It turns on it crashes. Which forces you to give full permission to your location. Sorry you are having this experience! We only collect location information when we are performing actions relevant to our functionality. While we ask for location permission all the time, we only do this so that some of our features that require background location (location tracking during an emergency call, or during timers) can function.
