Easy to use and Synapse Overide is OK. It isn't great because if you click out of a game it'll change profiles and then back to the game profile once you go back in. Quick Profiles within RGR would be fantastic. You just set all the settings for each GR Device and tap it. No need to go back and sync or change each device individually. Routines are horrible. If lights are off (@ wall switch) and it's after the time trigger, they won't change when turned on. RGR has more potential.

Not logging in or signing up just to try your failure of an app. so not a single one of your apps work to control your keyboard colors... sad! not that you make any good hardware anyway. nothing lasts more than 9 months to just over a year, and then if it is less than a year you stall until it's too late. BTW, why do your keyboards all fail the same way and yet there isn't one word about it on your site? Years this has been this way.

Cannot connect to any devices. Just keeps telling me to check that the devices are compatible with network type. Had to return all the products I bought to use with this since the software wouldn't work

Cant link anything!! been having my razer products for years now, why the unnecessary requirement to need this app to link my Basilisk Mouse to m y Samsung Laptop?? reply with the fix so I can fix this rating, love Razer! These app(s) are pretty and well built but with so many moving components you guys forgot a few lines! ;) Edited

Constant disconnects from light bar, constant desync from Synapse on PC. GET RID OF THIS and let me connect the lights directly to Synapse without this pointless middleware. Worst software experience.
