Can't change temperature on the app, allows you to toggle up or down then just reverts to previous setting. Have to manually go to device and change the temperature to hotter or cooler. Also activity hasn't updated in over a month, tried unplugging from wall, reset wifi, unconnected device from app and reconnecting, clear app cache and still nothing. Functional but barely and wireless service worthless. Please fix this, send out updates or something. Bought this for the wireless features.

Usability of the app is poor and some important functions don't work at all. I cannot set my away temp because it constantly changes back. App also forces chrome to be your default browser in order to function which is absurd. If I had known this beforehand I would not have purchased. Edit: it seems like the unable to set away temp is an app bug. The away cooling temp is linked to the home cooling temp so you cannot set different values. Edited

Not Good. Installed the app but login was horrible. Could not login until I reset and changed my p/w. Trying to register (on 3 different sites is ridiculous). Finally got rth9585 registered but still not showing on the app. Controlling from mytotalconnectcomfort, so i don't understand the purpose of the app. My device is not even available on the app. It's just all weird. Can't even describe the frustration between navigating (signing in) different websites and the app. Same on previous 10yr old Edited

Updated review: added one star since I finally got it working after a day of fighting with it. I had trouble: activating my account, activating the sensors, pairing with wifi (no other devices have trouble), getting the sensors to show up in the app, diagnosing problems, and in general understanding if it was working. For me it was a terrible and incredibly frustrating user experience. Edited

downloaded the app. tried the setup of the system. it showed on my thermostat that it's configuring, I waited almost 30 minutes and it still shows that it still configuring. tried to go ahead and finish the setup and it says thermostat not registered.uninstalled and reinstalled the about 10 or 15 times and still no luck
