This is generally a pretty awesome app. It has all kinds of features. I'm not sure what happened with the last update, but the app seemed to just stop working. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it seems to be working now. This is a pretty inconvenient hurdle, and when coupled with the constant notifications to allow the app to see my location and dig into my contacts, resulted in the 3 stars. It would be awesome if they stopped with the request after the fifth time I get them.

It's great being able to print from my phone. However, the app is a bit opaque at times. It also wants an absurd number of permissions it clearly doesn't need. The notifications reminding you that you haven't turned on certain permissions are obnoxious. App still works even if you don't turn said permissions on, so someone needs to fix this.

Nice app. I had been using it a while. I use it often at home to print to my network printer from my phone rather than boot my laptop. I did just find a useful tip in one of the other comments I was recently trying to print from a PDF that was on SD card and my normal procedure would not get me to the file. Per the tip, I navigated to the SD card, long pressed the file, then chose Share, and shared it with the Ricoh app. This then allowed me to select Print.

Most folks who complain about the app probably have not stopped to experiment with it. I have found that I can print almost anything by simply using the share function on my phone. Once I share the document with the Ricoh app it's smooth sailing. My only problem with the app is the lack of documentation showing how it actually works. Edited

Works on one printer, not on the others. Like, I get it, printers are picky machines to work with. But you don't need my contacts for the app to work, and if the application was specifically not working because of a lack or access to arbitrary permissions I also wouldn't doubt it. Edited
