I had been having major issues with my phone, that I was ready to throw it in front of a speeding bus! every time I touched the keyboard, or an app, all sorts of popups starting showing up, one after another, layering on top of each other! I couldn't do anything. I called Samsung Support and spoke with 2 different representatives, Eric and Anwar, and with the help of Smart Tutor, they were able to locate and delete all of my apps that were infecting my phone. It's working fine now!

This Tech service for Samsung customers is the best I've had for assistance in phone repair issues. I only waited for 30 seconds then l was greeted by a very curtious, live person. The Tech specialist was able to figure out a complicated malfunction, and did everything remotely. I was very impressed with the results. Thank you Samsung Tech Support!! M.E.B.

I've used this multiple times. I'm 74,and don't have a clue about the full capability of this phone. This app enables you to let the Samsung tech to physically control your phone so you know how to do whatever you want to. I call Samsung and after a minute or so the tech is showing me how to navigate. I've used it 3 times already with flawless results!

This app is great I was having problems with my pictures when moving files to other folders I called samsung support and they informed me to download this app they were able to completely take control of the phone ( with permission first) which made everything so much easier not only because I had no idea what to look for but also because being so frustrated with everything I'm not sure if I would of been able to stay on the phone with a automated system or having to go into everything myself and explain it to the tech so it was a wonderful experience using this app and I highly recommend it to anyone . I'm not sure if my problem has been fixed yet but I was informed if it wasnt there are other options so samsung can restore everything. Great job samsung keep up the good work! Edited

My phone is alive! It does things without my fingers!!! Seriously. I needed help to discover why my applications will not work offline since the latest update. I could see the tech making selections on screen like remote assist for the computer. Problem remains unsolved. I ate a sandwich. It was fun, but I recommend limited exposure. Loss of one's control leads to sense of worthlessness and bloating.
