Totally useless app, it asks for update everyday but nothing changes. You can't view your statements, after paying for a while it starts to give false information about days for phone to be active, I have proof here & it's really annoying. You can't rely on their app unless you make a complaint, sometimes it even says you haven't paid anything. This matter should be resolved quickly, for now it's the most annoying app ever Edited

A very very annoying app.It keeps disturbing me every day and why can't make phone calls what if I'm in an emergency and it's urgent and I need to call someone. This app makes the phone literally useless.please check on that.

this app keeps disturbing even when the phone is out of warranty they don't want to uninstall the app even calls are not going through

If there could be a half Star,,,. i could have given it. Yes am using it cause i have a Lipa mdogo mdogo phone but sometimes am forced to pay twice or thrice before I can access it... The question is,,, why does this happen. other times i pay and takes almost two or three hours to open. Other times it switches from locked mode to open mode which is very frustrating... i think your technical staff needs rebooting. No hard feelings though 😜😜😜😜

the app is just bad.. imagine having being locked the phone and it's paid for and then you suddenly get overdues that aren't real and the next thing your line is locked and calls restricted with no overdues from my end but from the app the overdues occur from no where.. I'm not happy one bit.. I am forced to get an extra line for my calls.. very pathetic.. improve. I can't recommend it to anyone.just get a paybill number to pay just like mkopa does.otherwise I don't get easy time using this app.
