This new update is a total mess. It requires you to have a Safaricom SIM card in your phone all the time; you can't even use Wi-Fi if you're outside the country. Safaricom roaming is so expensive, and it makes no sense why I can't use different data to log in other than Safaricom's. If I'm out of data, there's no way to recharge through Safaricom since I can't use the app to buy roaming data. This is so inconvenient and inconsiderate of customers outside Kenya who can't do any transactions. Edited

The app is not bad, but sometimes it is freezing when I have to send money. I have to switch to sim. A very bad thing: Show balance! I never shows the actual level of bundles! I cannot control what I have used and when I have to top up! And: I buy for 3k bundles. use the phone for 10 minutes, next day the msg: Dear customer, your balance is 50! Imagine! No networking possible. After one hour I try again - miracle! - connection is back. This is a shame for a Tech company!

It's not fair that the app have been using for 2 yrs today I wake up and find a change. It needs me to log in newly by use of bundles yet am in diaspora. How's that possible to use safaricom bundles in diaspora. It's disappointing. Just let the app open through use of WiFi so that people outside country can get an access to it. It's so disappointing today😭😭😭

1. Doesn't work on WiFi every time phone restart 2. Very slow in loading many areas like cost calculator 3. Unable to permanently add cost calculator under Quick Actions menu. 4. We should be given some notice before an app we use constantly is just totally overhauled and thrown at us before it's been tested. This thing has messed up my whole day!!! I don't want to be in the beta program and should have been given a choice!! Edited
