They've somehow managed the impossible and actually made things worse. I tried to connect my watch to my new phone and was met with a message saying it was no longer supported (S3 Frontier). Well, since they force you to disconnect from the old device and delete all of your data in order to pair the watch with a new one, and my old phone is broken, I now own a fancy paper weight that doesn't even function as a normal watch anymore. Thanks Samsung. The future looks great. Edited

the app is buggy, I try to use my watch and customize it in any possible way, but it fails to load anything or resets the settings. This software is sadly mandatory for these watches, and not being able to change anything beyond waiting 5 minutes to change the face simply makes this software a failure. issues like these tend to make software pointless. I suspect it's the new UI update because everything just has been broken, and I'm sure software development departmenta aren't communicating.

Abysmal. I cannot express how awful this app is. The watch itself is great I have little to no issues. But this app. This. App. The app selection for the watch is terrible. Samsung Pay constantly has issues. It tells me that I have to verify my account but freezes up or throws me out of the app every time I try to do so. I keep thinking that once an update happens it will fix this app. It never does, so finally, I have come to give this app the 1 star review that it so rightfully has earned.

Looks like the wearable app updated two days ago, which coincides with the WILD drop in sleep score that I've been receiving since then. I wear a Samsung Watch 5, and since the latest Wearable app update, I've gone from having scores in the 80s and 90s to one score of about 24 and the other like 18 ... there is no change in anything including how I wear the watch or any of the settings that *I* set up. I dont really feel any more or less tired, so I have to believe it's the app.

I don't know where else to leave this so I hope the review will catch someone's attention. The most recent update for Galaxy watch to OS 6 has made it incompatible with YouTube functions. I can no longer rewind or skip forward on videos through YouTube and the media manager as a whole is slow to respond (Play/Pause, Volume Control, etc). This review will stand until these issues are addressed & my watch performs closer to how it did when I first activated it.
