I canceled my subscription August 19th in the app and wound up calling because the app froze. I spoke with customer service who canceled and sent a confirmation email. My card was charged Sept 15th for $24.99. Spent over half an hour with customer service , transferred 4 times an no one could give me a refund.

YOUR APP SUCKS! The latest update tells me I have to sign in as a subscriber. I try to sign in and the app says password is not correct. I try to reset my password and I receive an error message. I know my password is correct because i can sign in online. I am a subscriber with this paper. Edited

App won't open on Android phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled and finally after an hour, and many retries, it opened. Tried on my Samsung tablet and it finally opened after 20 minutes.

Logging in every single time is irritating. Recently even when logged in I can't read anything and am told I need to subscribe. The last few updates have caused so many issues that I'm going to cancel my subscription.
