It used to be great for a while way back. Now for few years it doesn't always ring. Had tech support many times. It worked only when tech tested it but other than tech, it doesn't always work. I often missed the calls!! As of 7/31/23 It's still has problems. Didn't solve problem. Still missing calls even though ALL apps were closed. Still don't receive incoming calls. Very frustrating! It only works through wifi. That's the worse part. I needed to call someone without using wifi in case of a emergency. When calling without wifi it freezes and doesn't even work. I can see the interpreter fine but they cannot see me based without wifi. When using DUO, we had no problems. But with using ntouch isn't good to use for emergency purposes without wifi. Please fix it!!! Given a star rate. 2.5.

I have Sorenson app for long time. I think it time to change color icon app to Teal instead of Yellow. Change the name of app to Soreosn vp ? up to you.

This is one of my favorites, the best of communications, if that made my life easier to communicate to anyone, who can talk, type back, without a misunderstandings, Interpect wrong words? I am tired of repeatedly, mistakes, getting into trouble! This'll be a good idea to have to, at least, it's worth a try, lol! Edited
