App is nice for viewing calls and clicking GPS but other than that it's useless. Not enough search parameters. Attachments won't load properly. Can't upload images from phone to incident. Unable to view warrants. Was going to be 1 star but the availability to click address and have it take you to Google maps automatically is the BEST thing about this app. Edited

Used to run smoothly, now it crashes. In the last week it wont even allow me to sign in. I used to be able to manage my call and ignore our dispatch and just do it all myself. Now it routinely glitches and crashes. I'll be half way into a search and it kicks me all the way out to the call list. Needs a lot work.

The app won't load any call information and freezes immediately after signing in. Tried uninstall and reinstall multiple times with no success.

Apparently I do not have the ability to do searches as there is no search fields to complete under each tab. This is with an Android device and uninstalling the app has not fixed the issue. Loved the app prior to this.

Need ability to choose port again. Not all departments are able to use port 4443 for various reasons and this is causing poor performance of the app as well as user accounts being blocked for failed log ins. There is no reason why this feature needed to be removed. Edited

Hello,
The ability to choose a port when connecting is accessible by pressing the "More Details" button under Sign In. You can then enter the port that Touch uses on your Flex Server.
