Like everyone else, I am frustrated with constantly having to clear history and deleting and reloading the app. Contacting tech support is entirely futile, all they do is feign shock and amazement and after a week of waiting, tell me I need to delete and reload. I would have gotten better answers if I had called time and temperature. And of course, no response when you ask about a refund. They need to change this before The Repository loses its 7 remaining readers.

terrible i have to uninstall this app then reinstall the app just to read an article. This has happened since March its May. I paid for a year this is unexceptable it neefs a permanent remedy. now its June 13 th still can't see classified. still have to uninstall and reinstall EVERY FIVE ARTICLES ACCESSED. for $49.99 a year its terrible. My app has been downloading for 2 days how long does it take and why can't I read anything I've paid for 6 months a week or so ago and I haven't been able to read one thing yet it just keeps saying download app download app and a circle keeps going around and around and around Edited

*Note* I also get the paper delivered. Every other day I have to uninstall/reinstall. It will not accept email or password, but will state that I'm"signed in" what useless app. Wish there was a way to give negative stars

downloaded update and now I can't access any stories,,,I try to sign in as a subscriber and it's telling me I'm not a subscriber,,, I'm paid up for an entire year so this shouldn't be happening!
