I like I am able to go back and see what I ordered and how to style the items. It is only getting a two star until they fix the fact that the app will not open from an email they send any more. You click on the email they send and it opens to the main screen and just stays there. Update: The app is now working correctly. But it would be nice if they added filters to the app allowing people to sort through all of the options for purchasing. Edited

I cannot understate just how much Stitchfix has missed the mark, every single time. I would never recommend this site to anyone, there are much better services elsewhere. The algorithm sucks and it's almost offensive how stuck-in-a-box you are once you're locked in to what the formula thinks you want. You can like and dislike whatever you want, you'll still be stuck receiving boring, frumpy, out-of-season clothes.

App seems completely broken. Wouldn't let me sign in, just looped me to a page that said "Welcome back!" over and over. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Finally got the login screen. Can't log in. Try to reset password. Click the link in the email. Won't accept new password because I need to access the page via the link in my email (how else would I get to the page...?) I've given up. I can't say I would trust an app this buggy with any kind of commerce.

I love this app so far, only got one stitch and loved a few of the items. Sent back the rest and paid for what I liked. Very gracious timing and payment arrangements too if you wanna go that road. The only reason this isn't at 5 stars is the app. It's buggy at times and it'll stay on a loading screen sometimes. Inconvenient at best and frustrating at worst, especially when you're trying to make payments. Either way, it's a small thing that can be ironed out in time. Overall a great business!!! Edited

The app is fine. However, I was very specific with my budget and received clothing that was way beyond what I specified. I have no doubt this is intentional, and common. Of course you can return it all but you lose the $20 "stylist fee". Hint: there are no stylists, it's a computer :) App was fine, this service is somewhat of a rip-off if you're in the lower budget tiers - the products are generic brand quality at banana republic prices.
