Keeps randomly disconnecting mid-stream and scanning the QR Code to try to reconnect doesn't work until I completely shutdown the stream and SLOBS on my computer (which stays running, despite this app disconnecting). Not only has this issue not been resolved, but they've added one: Apparently we were supposed to receive some sort of code that allowed us to login and continue using the app? Except I never got that. Why does "Free" always have to mean "terrible user experience" to tech companies? Edited

It was extremely helpful and useful app until this new update. (Now updated) It still doesn't work, the camera feature for scanning the QR code doesn't work at all. How can I use the app if I can't even link to the pc? Even putting the ip address, port code, and Api token still doesn't work. It just gives me a error about not being on right wifi. My phone is connected to the pc, fix the camera. A small time app maker made the same thing, and scanning the QR worked. It's called StreamControl. Edited

The app is definitely more for turning off sources than anything else. I wanted to use it to switch scenes within a collection, but it doesn't seem to do that. I can change scene collections, but I would have to have several collections with only 1 scene in each for it to work with this app. Save yourself the frustration and just get a wireless mouse instead; at least those don't need wifi to connect either. Edit: change to 1 star because of the hoops I'm jumping through to troubleshoot this Edited

Can use the app to control most things. Unfortunately, switching scenes doesn't seem to be a feature of this software. This is one of the main things I would like to do, and this an app either doesn't do it, or it's not intuitive. P.S. it also doesn't reliably mute and unmute audio sources. Edited

I was using this for a while when I was streaming and it worked really well and I would've gave it a 4 or 5 star rating. the thing about it is that you have to be connected to a wifi source on both whatever you're using Streamlabs on and your phone to have it work. and even then the code it gives you will never always work which is why it sucks in my opinion. now everyone may not have the same experience I will, this is just my take on it. also the QR scanner NEVER WORKS!!!
