So for the most part my experience has been pretty great. I will say for some reason the volume will randomly go from low to high or the app gets "slow" when trying to alter the volume from the app. It isn't often but something to mention and is the reason why I give it 4 outa 5. Outside of that I think this is a pretty great app to control the EQ on the headsets

Does not work properly on Android 14. App keeps asking me to grant permissions, and settings show that all requested permissions were granted and no permissions were denied. It's been about a month now. I LOVE not being able to properly adjust my headset settings, ESPECIALLY when a hotfix could easily be pushed to resolve the issue. Gotta love companion apps for every device you own!

The app has not been working properly now for weeks. I use a google pixel 5 and the app keeps asking for permissions. All permissions are granted, I have tried reinstalling the app. It used to work and I could connect but now I can't change any of the settings on my headphones because there is no desktop app either. This has not been fixed and I saw a reddit post from someone saying the same thing over a month ago. They posted a screenshot that astro saw and had no response.

Horrible. Refuses to do anything except ask me to connect something with Bluetooth. I can't get off this screen asking me to connect a Bluetooth device. I have the gpro wireless headset, and it connects to my phone via USB. I like the audio quality vs my earbuds. But I can't do anything to see battery life or change any settings. Thought this would help, was very wrong. Bad app description. The should point out it's Bluetooth only.

This app does not work with my a30s on android 13/14. The a30s features of multiple platform communication never works. The headset always syncs to your phone and using it for xbox/ps/pc wirelessly constantly disconnects microphone communications. So you need your phone to use them then can't use your phone and repeat. Logitech doesn't care to fix. Been this way for years pushing ewaste. Every issue is from their poor software in apps which they never fix or admit to. Return the products.....
