This app is NOT the interface between me and my car's media, although it looks similar enough to confuse things when trying to figure out which app to use, for blue tooth, navigation, etc.... I finally just deleted it to avoid future problems with bringing up the wrong app, during an already confusing process, especially with Toyota's lack of connectivity with Android phones. Edited

My 2018 1794 edition tundra has seen the infotainment get cannibalized bit by bit. Entune app is gone, Toyota app doesn't provide data service like they say, tried this and doesn't work either. I will install after market Android audio instead, what a horrible experience and treatment for purchasing a vehicle

In 2021 we purchased a 2018 Highlander from a Toyota dealer. After, I found that I couldn't open any navigation on the screen, which is all I hoped for. I have no options other than aftermarket costs or my phone, to which I then could have gotten a different vehicle instead. Dealerships or web sites have been no help. We have been a toyota family, starting in 1981 with the Toyota Corona and over time, Camry, Sienna, Highlander, Tundra, and daughters Prius. The navigation is an IMPORTANT feature. Edited

When I open it, it says it's downloading everything like it's supposed to(I guess) then it just shows the Toyota engage screen with nothing else and that's it. Nothing else happens. I work at a Toyota dealer and need this app for work but it does NOTHING! HELP PLEASE!!

I dont like the fact that the apo is too large that it compromises my ability to have other apps. Please create a way that i can move from it being saved on the devoce and saved to external. Otherwise, very informative and happy with app functions
