It is difficult to use. I end up opening the app and copying/pasting passwords because most apps dont connect to the Norton Password app. In browsers, sites that have you put in the username, hit enter, and then enter password dont work because the Norton Password Manager doesn't see it as a password entry place. I hope that makes sense. I called to see if there was something I was doing wrong, but I was told that they were trying to improve it. I wasn't doing anything wrong.

Hi! Autofill should be seamless, and you're right: some apps and websites with split login fields can confuse the system. You're not doing anything wrong. We're actively working on smarter detection to improve this across both apps and browsers. Thanks for your patience and trust. Renata*Norton

Superb.. is local and can be synced on the cloud, not any cloud but one from a well-known company. I've been using this app for more than 15 years! And I'm as happy as I can be with it.. Used on Windows and Android mobile or tablets.. never a problem.. Enough said! One caveat, I just ignore the built-in browser feature (doesn't work with some of my sites) and I go with my favorite browser! Edited

Be sure to have a very unique password to your vault. Once you start using it, it becomes a simple way to manage passwords to your favorite websites. I like the feature when it detects repetitive and weak passwords. Overall, my mom uses it, and so does the entire family by choice. A must recommend to family and friends. Update Mar2025: It still works for us, even with the nice app upgrades. The web page app allows works without a hitch. Edited

The app is getting better so upping to 3 stars since much improvement is needed. Accessibility no longer seems needed since Android lets you select norton as default password manager. The only issue is that it rarely finds the password based on the app URL and you can't manually look up the proper password through the login screen. You have to go out to the Norton password app to look it up. Edited

Hi! Thanks for updating your review. On newer Android versions, Norton Password Manager can be set as the default manager without needing Accessibility. We're working to improve how passwords match with app logins and to make in-screen search more convenient. Renata*Norton

I like it to an extent. Not as efficient as Google Password Manager. If I dont have a log in and want to generate a password I have to go through extra steps to select in the app. Also seems to have issue recognizing sites I have passwords for and I have to manually copy user ID and password just to log in. Again not as efficient. Also, on some pages it doesn't recognize I have no way to pull it up like I can samsung pass on my keyboard.

I understand your concerns. The extra steps and issues with site recognition are definitely frustrating. We appreciate your feedback and will work on improving these aspects in future updates. In the meantime, if you need help, feel free to reach out to support.
