App is trash and has been trash for years now. Won't scan for points in the drive-thru. Won't scan the physical receipt. I work directly next to a Freddy's and only eat there once every 6 months or so, just to verify that the app still doesn't work. Then go somewhere else. Rinse and repeat. Like the food. Loathe the app. I go elsewhere and use points for apps that actually work.

When ordering, pressing the phone's "back" button at any time closes the app. If you want to return to a previous menu, you have to go the the main ordering screen and find your way back from there. Every time you select a menu option that is not a combo, there is a popup that asks you to swap for a combo instead, even though you already scrolled past all of the combos to select the a la carte item. This app is unintuitive and pushes the customer to buy things they don't want.

One of the worst food apps, period. I'm shocked they haven't fired and replaced the entire team who developed this app. For years, it's been the bottom app. Next to unusable. Extremely laggy and unresponsive at all times. I have to change my password every time I try to use it despite saving my password. I tried using it today, and I changed my password TWICE, and it still says it's invalid. Now it's literally unusable.

Can't log into the app. Says invalid password over and over again. Open the actual website in the browser and I'm able to log in fine. Tried resetting my password with different combinations and nothing works for the app. Tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Definitely not working on flagship Google pixel. Application version 25.2.12. Running on Android 15. Edited

Latest forced update broke the app for Android users. When you go to the rewards page, it's blank. Back to using the web page again. Pretty lame. They give you a free custard for your birthday, but there is no way to redeem it. The e-mail link takes you to this app, but when you get there, the reward isn't there. App gets worse with each upgrade. Update: A month later and it's still broke. Can't earn points or earn after purchase. Update 2: Another update. Still broke. Also, can't change email. Edited
