Generally speaking, this app was really helpful for helping me establish my budget and keeping me on task with my payments and subscriptions. After about 6 months, I ultimately decided to uninstall and cancel the premium subscription simply because once I built the behaviors to become more responsive to my finances, I didn't really need any of the other features such as credit monitoring. I am having an issue with the property value of a real estate listing. Customer service (through chat and email which is the only option) has been useless. When I first subscribed, a person actually spoke with me on the phone to troubleshoot a problem. That is no longer an option. If there is a better money manager, I will switch as soon as I can. I do not recommend this app!

Works pretty well, with the exception of duplicating some of my transactions which ive had to manually fix. That part is tolerable, but as other people are mentioning, the app logs me out every 2-3 days. This has occurred several times for me in the last month or 2. I've contacted support on this each time, it's time this gets resolved more permanently or else I'll be finding another budget app.

This app is more appropriate for people who make a set salary, opposed to people who make different amounts or who don't have a regular paycheck. It anticipates income, it doesn't just record what's coming in, so it inserts random income amounts recorded your previous week or month so the income numbers will always be off. I don't have time to constantly correct this thing. It's clearly made for a weird class of people I've never been a part of.

Expensive Fee Renegotiation Once you ask them for a fee renegotiation, you will be charged up front for at minimum 35% of the total amount they could have saved you within a year. I was considering canceling that particular service and had I been given the option to see how much they could save, even being a pretty good savings, it was not as good as the zero dollars I would be charged for the rest of the year had I canceled.
