Update Jan 2020. I want to say how useful i have found this app. I can tweak how fast or slow something is read and when I found that adjustment, my amazement & gratitude for the work that went into this app and the developer's attentin to detail is extraordinary. Thanks! Original I tested on a pdf book and it read it perfectly. When I thought it had made a mistake, I checked the text only to find a spelling error in the pdf file. I have another of his apps and impressed with both of them. Edited

We'll see. Just upgraded to Full, does not have dark mode or any settings that I can find anywhere. Looks exactly like Free version. Not as photo advertised but does read well when "share" to SayIt. Back with more as I discover. Reading Mode is very poor compared to SayIt. I wish SayIt was an accessibility app. I uninstall Reading Mode in favor of SayIt, faithful standby reader ♥️ Edited

Hello, the app is following the system theme - do you use dark theme on your phone?
Please note that the app uses the Text To Speech engine installed on your phone - it does not contain any of its own voices.. so the quality really depends on the installed voices. Have you tried changing the TTS engine in the settings?

This is an incredibly useful app which is very easy to access via mobile. The in app share-to integration is what makes SayIt so valuable. The ability to change the reading speed is also very important. I don't use it nearly as often as I should but whenever I do, I find the narration to be clear, understandable and effective in relaying text back to me in ab audible format. Sometimes, hearing the words read out to me, helps me to grasp something that I may have missed.

It is a great app, but please improve the language selection, because it is bad. It should allow to type a few chars to find the country or maybe just to save a few. Nobody listening news in 200 languages. Edited

Hello Sándor, if you are using only one language, you can select it, and the app will use it the next time too. If you are using multiple languages, you can try "Auto-detect" feature (the top in the list). For more details, please contact
[email protected]. Thank you.

Best purchase I've ever made. Help me with my dyslexia by reading out anything that I can copy and paste into this great program! Don't hesitate to try out the free version first to see if you liked it but since I did I'm assuming you will too.
