This app is horrible most of the time, like right now. I click message. There's no messages now they're all gone, and I've been trying to log in for 4 hours. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app, and it still will not work correct. I'm using an Android and it will not type words properly. Everything is messed up if you go to backspace. It will literally jump to the word in front, and then if you go to hit space again, it won't put a space. This app is miserable when you're using an androi

Unable to log in. Even though my email and password is correct, there is a pop up saying "Info. Something went wrong. Please try again." When I click forgot password and enter my email, there is a blank pop up that only says "Info" as the title. The desktop version works great, but I would love to be able to use the app. Though I wish there wasn't so much push to pay for the text plan. I get it can't be fully free, but it should be per message sent only rather than an additional $20/mo.

Awful texting input. i have to write out messages on another platform and copy and paste into the connect box because the messaging system, will add letters or words for add double letters. it makes it extremely time consuming and inconvenient. Also unprofessional

There is no autocorrect in typing so it is a glitchy nightmare like everything Vagaro tries to execute. Also, if your clients opt out of marketing texts, you can't use this to communicate re: scheduling so, it's useless.

To help resolve the issue, try clearing the cache on your Samsung Keyboard. Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Keyboard > Storage > Clear Cache, then restart your phone to see if that fixes it. If the problem continues, you might want to give Google’s Gboard a try as an alternative. Let us know if you need any more help!

I'm seriously so over Vagaro to the point that I want to switch companies. I DID NOT KNOW they added this feature and I NEVER GOT NOTIFIED that clients messaged me!!! BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SEPARATE APP! This is ridiculous and I'm so over it. They add features that people don't even care about! How about you give us CUSTOM CLIENT TIMES LIKE ROSY DOES? This feature has been asked for for YEARS and instead they give us this!! Do better Vagaro and give people WHAT THEY ACTUALLY WANT!
