Had to migrate from schedulicity because of some merger situation. I ran the conversion which seemed to work OK. During the process they were already pushing their payment process which is probably where the money is. Since then they haven't stopped hounding me (including phone calls) about enabling their payment process. It's also another $5 a month for something I don't need. Just want to maintain my data in a usable format (ie not csv). Schedulicity did a much nicer job than this ugly UI. Edited

The two stars are for the years of great service I experienced, until now. I always had great experiences. Recently, I have had appointments go missing from my book. I have contacted 3-4 different customer service representatives and after they realized it was NOT "user error" as they previously suggested - all I get is "it's fixed". They have told me twice now the issue is resolved and I unfortunately won't know - until it happens again. I really loved Vagaro until this started happening.

Dumb app. If you are looking for a service it's ok (I mean it's SLOW & clunky unless you are connected to super fast broadband, not always accessible to travelers). This app really falls down when you are looking for a TIME & willing to compromise on the service, if like me you are at a hotel & traveling through so the time is more important than the service, then it's a disaster, you have to toggle back & forth through each possible service. Instead of dropping a $300 at Brentwood spa I gave up

First off, it worked perfectly fine. Then outta nowhere when I tried to check if my request for an appointment has been accepted, it keeps telling me "Oops! An error has occurred." It signs me out, won't sign me back in, and if I manage to sign in when I change tabs it signs me out and I can't sign in again. I uninstalled and reinstalled but no dice. The app is garbage.

Want to book appointments for a mother-daughter manicure? Good luck! The user interface for this app makes it just awful to try to see if there are two employees with appointment simultaneous appointment times available. The "add a service" button will indeed allow you add a second service but it doesn't in any way guarantee that the added service will happen at a time that aligns with what you selected for your first service. I really wish my favorite nail salon offered any other way to book.
