unfortunately, I could not get to function correctly on the Pixel 9. it would show the notification the device needs to be restarted and in the test stage from the app, it works. however, when the screen is off and the phone is idle, it doesn't work as I would have expected. edit: all options in the fix dose were done prior to my decision to remove and review. This problem can be related to the notification settings. Perhaps checking the notification settings for the app specifically can help. Maybe "show notifications on lock screen" is turned off. Or maybe you can try to turn off "skip to lock screen" under face unlock settings. Then the phone should show full notifications on the lock screen again.

Just installed. Worried about the data you collect... I WILL NOT allow/enable location... EVER! We'll have to see how good you are! I have the S22 Ultra with the newest Android UI. Had to enable in accessibility in order to let it "touch" the screen. It did work. Is the paid app $.99 a one- time fee? And, if I uninstall it and reinstall, will I have to pay again? **update** didn't work last nite. I suppose it can't bypass the lock screen... I'm NOT removing that! Oh,well... high hopes😒 Edited

Location is not actually collected; it is used only by Google Ads.Yes, you can uninstall and then reinstall the paid app without paying again. The latest update was published on January 3,2023. Complete the setup, tap the "Fix the Doze Mode" button, and then please follow the instructions. On most models,it should now work when the lock screen is on.

Sort of works. Got it to work on an old LG Phoenix 4, but no luck on a an AT&T Calypso 2. The app will bring up the restart menu but will not actually press the button. Yes I am doing it right as I set it up on my other phone without issue. Also it says it's a trial version, but I see no way to purchase an ad free version. Lastly it would be nice to have more reboot options than just once a day. I would give it 5 stars if it actually worked on the phone I need it to.

Sorry to hear that. It seems like this phone runs on Android Go, so it's possible that the app does not work as it should. However, the fact that the Power Menu appears and then disappears may suggest the app does the auto-tap, it just doesn't hit the restart button.Maybe to test auto-tap by setting a tap-target somewhere else and see what happens.

Edit: Will have to uninstall. Can't use it as long as that bug exists. Review: Using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G running Android 13, setting the pause between presses time to 1 second worked perfectly. The reason for not giving 5 stars is there is a bug that raises all volumes to max. It does get annoying having to readjust those each time. So you know if that bug is in the paid version? Edited

Please set the pause between clicks to one second, then try it,and it should work as described. About volumes set to max after restart, this is intentional behavior only when the "mute phone on reboot" switch is used because most phones don't make loud noises on restart, which cannot be turned off in the phone settings. But thanks for the suggestion.

If you can make it show the power menu but it won't restart, making it tap just below the restart confirmation worked for my dad's $30 smartphone - meanwhile, it can't show the power menu on my Samsung a10e in the first place lol. But I wanted it mostly to make sure the dude's phone was getting restarted regularly since he won't remember to do it, and since it does that I give it four stars!
