I've been using this app for quite a few years now. I have a number of external and internal cameras, for the most part it works well however it is very slow to respond. ___After today's update 9/21/18 my live feed stopped working. Everything else works still, but the live feed was working before the latest update. 9/23/18 contacted support, they suggested uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling. That fixed the problem. Edited

New updates make this app AMAZING! Motion zones (it'd be nice if the grid were finer), sensitivity, etc. Thanks for all your hard work! Previous review: Latest version, and I can actually answer the call with a bit of hassle. Would be nice if that got simplified/reliable (try to answer, screen stays on, keeps ringing). Would be nice to change ringtone, to have a solid blue button on the device instead of flashing, or an actual button (very few people ring the bell because they don't know how, but I'm not really complaining!), to offer additional doorbell boxes for in the house. Detects motion farther than they say!

I have had so many issues with this video doorbell not working well over the 2 years I have had it. I can have packages dropped off at my front door, which is where the Vuebell is located, and no photos are taken of anything. However if it is windy out, it will take many pics of the trees. I now discovered that my device has completely disappeared from the app! I have purchased a different video doorbell, just waiting to have it installed. This device and app are too buggy to recommend. Edited

The application is always blocked at the most inopportune moments ... You can not trust it, it's not safe. I'm not sure either that he'll send a video of who's at the door ... and it's a service I'm paying for. If I had known all this I would not have bought it, in that case I would have gone to a product of the competition as Ring Door. I am very disgusted with the product. Especially with the software. I do not even have a version that works in windows. I've been waiting for several months to see if the software improves but it's still plagued with errors. At every moment it is blocked and disconnected from the Wi-Fi network, and it needs to be reinitialized.

**UPDATE** it has been a year since I installed it. It has been laggy in the last year. Made complained and went back and forward with that support team. I stopped contacting them for a while then in the last couple months I started the issue again. But the support team this time is better. Seems like they have more budget or resources to spend on the app improvement. Apps is 10 times better now. One last complain is only the fact that if I reboot my WAP, it will not work as well with the sound. I had to reboot it by unplugging it from power. Hope you guys can create a function to reboot the device without me unplugging from power.
