App is simply not good. For some ridiculous reason, watching cameras works as a phone call. So... Volume is off, but video playback is full volume because the phone thinks it's speakerphone. Opening video as a passenger in my wife's car makes the car think I have a phone call...all media stops and the sound takes over. If I forget to close the app completely and just hit the home button, my phone thinks it's in a phone call and none of my notifications work. Worst camera app ever. Edited

It fixed the APP crash problem and any other issues caused by the previous APP version. The app force closes when trying to speak or pan the camera. We have 2 indoor cameras for our dogs and recently got the wireless outdoor one. I had issues setting up the camera because the app kept force closing. It also logs me out every time it crashes. The app also says the camera has a firmware update. Every time I try to update it the app crashes. I'm extremely disappointed. We went with this brand so we wouldn't need another app for a different camera.

2 months later: STILL HAPPENING. Getting server errors at LEAST weekly where it claims I need to log back in but when I tap the RELOAD button I just get the same error over and over again. I'm forced to clear all app data and start all over again which frankly is starting to piss me off. Forced to reset all settings every time. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Edited

Update : would give zero stars if it was an option. now the app sucks even more. I cannot change my wifi or connect a new camera because it keeps telling me the app has a bug. So I can't get the services I paid for and that sucks. When will this bug be fixed. Why am I paying a yearly price to record but I ca t ever go back and watch anything. The app closes everytime I try to go back. Edited

The app crashes to the login screen anytime I try to use audio. Sound or the mic. The app has links to online support. when you click chat support you get a 404 not found error. when you click to go to their forms they no longer exist. Of course the link to their online shop works though.
