As a driver it's working pretty well for me but I'm pretty sure it's only because of incentives. My only complaint- I'm in California, I'm not allowed to touch or interact with my phone while driving. I've gotten an identity check, frequently get notifications while I'm driving and delivering.. This is very distracting and might I say unfair and VERY unsafe, especially to force identity check while en route, in the middle of a rural place with no parking. It can wait until after I deliver!! I've noticed that when an order comes in right as the time changes to the next minute, you lose the opportunity to accept it, cause people to lose out on potential earnings for the day, especially those of us in smaller less popular areas. It's very frustrating and happens multiple times a day sometimes. It would be nice if it was on a 60 sec timer rather than having until the next minute to accept. Otherwise the app is decent.

The one star is for the most recent update. I no longer get notifications from the app of orders. so unless I'm looking at my app I have no idea if I'm getting offers. All of my notifications are turned on. My location is set for always not just when I have the app open and still nothing. I have even tried toggling these things on and off with no change. I don't get an audible notification nor do I get a pop-up on my lock screen or on screen when I'm using my phone.

I can't say enough bad things about how poorly this app functions. You give me 1 mintue to accept an order, but it takes your app far longer than that to load at times. Doesn't matter if i force stop and clear the cache. It freezes up many times daily. It's as is I can't run any other app. Otherwise it gets really slow, and doesn't load for 10-20 minutes at a time on a S25+ phone. Why don't you ever provide anyone with help for the issues they are having? Why isn't there a night driving mode??? Edited

This app still SUCKS!! I will get a notification there are surge offers, go to the app and it's either nothing there or it's trying to load! Also on "Just for you" offers it will go away with time still left on it! Ever since the July update, I can't confirm arrival at my local Walmart. Y'all need to fix this! Update, 4/6/25 Stopped getting any offers. While my husband was getting multiple offers. THIS APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Edited
