Didn't get my free wash, kept saying sms code expired when it just sent it. Didn't see a way to register except by submitting phone number, so it just kept cycling through the same error (Edit) they resolved my issue and is working now Edited

Would love to use but didn't know about app till after I went through wash. tried installing but won't let you unless getting washed. Will try next time. Seems easy enough but can't add app icon to my phone I guess until I use next next time I wash car. Nice it offers first wash free. Just hope it's easier to use n update/add info after first wash.

locked me out from changing payment method. then locked me out of account completely when trying to login. verifies phone but says invalid user.

It works but it would be nice to be able to add the miracle wash card as a payment option. The card reader in the larger bay wouldn't work at all.
