This review encompasses the web page moreso than the app. I made the mistake of getting a smaller phone which has cured me of any desire I had to use the device(if any). I use the web page daily. I use the app only if absolutely necessary. I can't find anything on it and if I do it is lacking in so much information simply due to size. I nearly upgraded my phone, but I think I prefer just never using it. Nothing against tech but dual 27" monitors are sooo much better.

I like the versatility and customization of lists. The app provides good information when researching different companies and stocks. I really enjoy using the app to get quick information and updates on my accounts. The only draw back I see is getting updates from linked accounts. When I sell or buy a position I have to unlink and then link the account again to force the update. I've tried waiting a couple of weeks to see if it would automatically update and the app never did.

Update August 2024: Their new version 2.0 is easier to use and provides more information that i actually use in making investment decisions. Of course, the 5* rating stays. Very useful for tracking my portfolio. I have a ton of functionality with my broker's website, but this one fills a gap. It's not perfect, but still good enough for 5*. Edited

Notifications on this app are atrocious! For as long as I've been using this app to track my stock prices, the app design team refuses to address the issue of notifications. I, as well as many others, have only price alert notifications turned on yet I continue to receive numerous alerts that I do not want throughout the day. Why is this so hard to fix??

For MONTHS now I have had all notifications except price alerts turned off, but every single day I get 3-10 notifications for news stories. I have the slider all the way down to "we won't send you any market news" but I still get bombed with market news every single day. PS, I can't submit this as feedback through the app because the submit button is formatted so high up that it's under the status bar and can't be clicked. All of this is just bad programming. Edited
