The app used to always open to the last sport I viewed. This was great as I'm generally only checking MLB scores during baseball season, or only NFL scores during football season. It was great that the app always opened to where I wanted to be. A recent update removed this. It now only opens to the "home" tab which doesn't show everything I want to see, and it's annoying to have to navigate through menus now when I didn't before. Please return this feature.

The widget has been stuck on the same rained out baseball game for weeks. I've tried everything and am starting to look around for alternatives so I can uninstall. I really need a more reliable source for when and where my fav baseball team plays every day. This was always the best sports widget app, but it's looking more and more like a long neglected lawn.

Absolutely horrible update. Every time I open the app now it goes to the home screen where I do not want it to go. No way to change it. Always used to open to where I left off on, the scores which is where I want. If it doesn't change back soon I will uninstall and I've used yahoo for decades. Very disappointing 😞 Edit: it still goes to home every time I open the app. It is not fixed like I was told Edited

Hello, recent changes were made so that the app will open to the home screen from a fresh launch of the app. If you return to the app as long as it isn't a fresh launch, you will return to where you last left off.

Nearly 5 years ago, I gave this app a strong 5-star, tire-pumping review. It was great. WAS. Amazing how the recent addition of an ad banner can change everything. This ad banner appears right at the top of my scores page and very often, takes a ridiculous amount of time to load, which causes the scores to load slowly. Take your slow-loading ads and stuff 'em, Yahoo. Uninstalled. Edited

Why am I getting notifications from this app when they are all off except when there is a response to a comment I make (which I never do)???? It's driving me crazy. I had to install another Yahoo app in order to get push notifications when trying to log into my email. Sadly I can't get them if notifications are blocked. It's a Catch-22.
